The edition is limited by same size and format. Once an edition has sold out it will never again be available for purchase from Scott West Studio in the same size and format.
Delivery time depends on the service selected when order is placed. Please note delivery times provided are always listed according to once an order is shipped, and not when an order is made.
Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous United States generally takes one 3 to 5 business days. If you choose USPS Media Mail the delivery time can take 12 to 15 business days. International orders usually take three 3 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. Delays are possible in transit. The tracking for international orders might not update once the package leaves the United States, but the order is still on its way.

For all orders in USD: Scott West Studio is not responsible for and cannot offer advice on import fees, duties, customs or taxes that you may be charged when your order reaches you. Please consult your local government import office with any questions.
Your privacy is important. Cross-border shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities. International carriers may ask Scott West Studio to provide certain order, shipment, and product information. And, carriers may communicate this information to customs authorities for the purpose of facilitating customs clearance and compliance with local laws.
Unfortunately, your order cannot be declared as a gift for customs purposes.
The policy is applicable for fourteen (14) days after order is received. If fifteen (15) or more days have gone by since receipt, unfortunately a refunds or exchange can not be made.
To be eligible for return, your item must be undamaged and returned in the exact condition that you received it — including all original packaging.
Exact exchanges will be made on products damaged in transit. If a product arrives damaged, you must keep all original packaging material for insurance purposes. Claims must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt via email to email@example.com. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it in its original condition for a refund.
In the event of an exchange or return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization Number. Once the return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on where to return your merchandise.
In addition to insuring your return, your return order must be sent with Delivery Confirmation. Should your return not be received, we will not be able to issue a refund. Refunds on returns will be issued on the price of the order and any sales tax, if applicable. If the purchase is made in a currency other than U.S. Dollar, a refund will be based on the daily rate of the date of purchase. Exchanges will be treated as a return and shipping will be charged to send any requested items.
Items that are returned as undeliverable by FedEx, USPS, or DHL, or returned after 3 delivery attempts, will be treated as a return. Shipping will be charged again upon the request of an order reshipment. Contact will be attempted up to 3 times through the email address provided with your order. If thirty (30) days have passed, and we have not received a response from you, your item will be returned-to-stock, and you will be refunded for the product cost, but not the shipping costs, associated with this order.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that your package has been received. You will also be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Unfortunately, postal services have bad days too. In order to keep the Scott West Studio afloat, we kindly ask the following: If your order seems to be lost in mail, please notify us by email (email@example.com) no later than three (3) weeks for domestic orders, and five (5) weeks for international orders, after having received your shipping notification. We will do our best to work with you and the shipping service to locate your package, and/or send you a replacement. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist after this time frame has passed.
If an order arrives damaged, you must keep all original packaging material for insurance purposes. Claims must be made within seven (7) days of receipt via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send a detailed description of the damage including photos of the damaged areas. Editions damaged in delivery must be returned to Scott West Studio in order to be eligible for refund.
